Genesis Global had its Malta license suspended in January 2023 and later fully canceled, so they seized offering online gambling services. After the cancellation, they settled all outstanding fees with the regulator, returned funds to players, and removed any reference to the Malta license from their websites. The company shut down in December 2022, laid off all employees, and started insolvency proceedings.
