The Swedish Consumer Agency accused Karamba Casino
The Swedish Consumer Agency publically presented its intentions to put in court the online casino room Karamba Casino.
The accusation of the agency to the operator is about the bonus offers and the free spins, which are made in rules that force the players to place higher bets in order to meet the wager requirements.
According to the organization the brand has mislead the customers by not giving them clarity about how they can use the free spins.
There’s no comment from the gaming brand yet, but practically in all other casino rooms there are such bonus wager requirements. This practice was introduced many years ago as a method for the prevention of the endless number of registrations per website and per person, because in many cases people registered only to use the bonus and then, moved to the next website.
