Bet365, Entain and William Hill are the biggest contributors according to GambleAware

• In a nutshell, according to GambleAware – Bet365, Entain Group and William Hill are the most significant contributors to helping the organization with gambling problems.

As you probably know, GambleAware is a company that specializes in helping players stay protected, especially when it comes to compulsive gambling, also known as an uncontrollable urge to keep gambling. Whether you want it or not, this takes a toll on your life, thus creating havoc in your life.

While the debate in the UK is taking place on whether a gambling operator should contribute to dealing with a gambling addiction… GambleAware revealed a list of its top contributors!

The massive amount of $21,700,000 has been received as a donation during the campaign. There’s a law in the UK that mandates gambling operators to direct 0.1% of their gross gaming yields to GambleAware to fund different campaigns. They aim at helping problematic gambling behaviours and fund treatment and research.

Currently, Bet365 is the top contributor with the following figures – over $5,500.000. The next operator is Entain with close to that amount, and at the end is William Hill with a little over $1,300.000.

This comes to say that the leading operators in the UK who have pledged to donate %1 of their gross gaming yield have kept their promises. However, the three companies that we mentioned above are beyond everyone.
